• Mascot character

are owned by InvoiceMomo or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The InvoiceMomo mascot character and related artwork are protected intellectual property and may not be used without authorization.

You grant InvoiceMomo a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content only for the purpose of providing the Service.

InvoiceMomo name, logo, mascot character, and related brand assets are trademarks or protected intellectual property of InvoiceMomo.

6. Free Plan and Usage Limits

InvoiceMomo may provide free access with limited usage.

Free users may have limits on document creation, PDF exports, templates, or available features.

We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle.

Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.

Subscription fees are charged automatically at each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or Paddle customer portal.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for future billing periods.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or technical issues.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that documents generated through the Service will:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceMomo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.

InvoiceMomo shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or documents
• Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information entered by users
• Customs, tax, regulatory, or compliance issues
• Rejection of documents by customers, banks, customs authorities, or other third parties

Users acknowledge that InvoiceMomo is a document generation platform and that users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of generated documents before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceMomo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous twelve (12) months.

InvoiceMomo may suspend or terminate your account if:
